We first noticed that our home was much quieter from outside noise. Andrea showed us options and took accurate measurements.The owner continually followed up with us during and after installation. The installers were courteous and pleasant. The customer service exceeded our expectations.
The windows work well. The installation crew was very courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. The white windows look great from the exterior, but we sometimes wish we would have chosen the wood grain look on the interior. Overall, we are happy with the windows and the price and the customer service. The company followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy with the product and service.
