bought ring which needed to be sized upon purchase. she then rang it up and asked if we wanted extended warrenty which covers resizing a ring. Declined $60 service, then she ran bill and gave us a $120 charge for resizing the ring we just bought. I told her if the ring doesnt come sized with purhcase then I guess we will sign up for the warrenty. She said I told you it covered resizing and you cant sign up now bc you already bought the ring. OK, thanks for the trickery. Wife and I felt like trash and dirt after. I guess its no wonder they are going out of business at this location, must be terrible management.

I received a promise ring for Christmas and I've been having nonstop grief with it. 1 diamond fell out and I brought it in to get fixed. After that 2 more diamonds fell out and Helzberg ordered me a new ring. A week after I got the ring a diamond fell out with a second diamond falling out shortly after. It's a gorgeous ring but awful quality. I am thankful for the lifetime warranty and helpful customer service
