Our daughter (8) wanted to get her ears pierced. The representative was accommodating, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain what is going to happen. Additionally, she ensured we completely understood the aftercare instructions even though this wasn't our first time. Definitely recommend!

I still love Claire's even as an adult. I guess it appeals to my girly glam side. Sparkles and great deals!

Polite and bubbly staff! They're quick to answer questions and help everyone! They can get extremely busy, but they won't show any sign of stress. The store is always so clean and the displays full and sparkly.
