If your needing to use a honest insurance company who is by your side to help... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! Do yourself a favor and find a real reputable company who doesn't take your money every month for years than fights you to repair natural disaster damage to your home. The adjusters make up pricing for repairs that NOBODY would agree to do the work. Takes weeks to get absurd estimates. Nobody communicates. Apparently they think people work for free.. BBB here we come. I can't believe nobody else has reviewed these people yet. Can't believe they are still in business. Just a honest opinion. Take it as you will....
They don't care about customers or that they are so unorganized with miscommunication. They just take customers money and feel intitled to do whatever they want with it. Making excuses that make absolutely no sense. Go with a brand name insurance company. The adjusters are brainless and tell you lies.
