What a fantastic place to shop. I always find some new fun items. I look forward to the days that the store is open
I am highly disappointed. I live 2 hours away and with the hours being limited I try and watch Pick's Facebook page often. Today I commented that I would take a furniture piece and to please PM me on how to arrange payment and pickup. As it is a Wednesday work day for most people. A comment was made to call at 10 am to my comment I would take it. I called 10:20am, when I had a moment from break and the piece was sold. Common courtesy would of been to message me saying we will give you an hour window or something. If anyone called during that time they could of held the piece for an hour and told the caller that the the person whom commented first has an hour window to call and make payment. I guess money talks in this world and who gives a SH!@ about having some decency.
Terrible customer service. Not impressed at all
I visited Picks for the first time today and it was amazing. I left with some amazing pieces for great prices! Very friendly staff and beautiful booths. Will be returning!
Don't know I didn't go inside. I had my hair cut next door. But a small group of people were coming out, had to wait till they were all out before I could go to my car.
