They are a very good drug store. Its very old fashion inside. And the owners are very nice and very professional. But with the covid going on they only let 3 people in at a time. This was like this a month ago. And as far as getting your meds mixed up every Pharmacy has there ups and downs. They are no different then any other pharmacy. Thank you Corey and Michelle.

Our family has been using Wester Drug for over a quarter of a century. We have always been impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable staff. They treat us like family. We are looking forward to using their services for the next quarter of century. Highly recommended.

This is the worse pharmacy, EVER. We tried to move our perscriptions because we never had our perscriptions filled as they were suppose to do. Since we tried to have the perscription sent over to hyvee, they all of a sudden never had it and never heard of us. We have there name on the perscription.. Time to call our lawyer. Its ridiculous!Unprofessional at its worse

I will never go back!nI was sent here by my vet to have medicine mixed/prepared for my cat. I've never had to go to a human pharmacy for animal drugs so I was a little curious to begin with. The regular pharmacist was on vacation so someone was filling in, I spoke with the sub the day before to go over specific details and ended the conversation that day feeling fine. When I showed up the next day everything changed. I have a very picky cat that only eats one food and hates stong smells. The plans had been changed by the pharmacist from what was discussed the day before and the more i explained my concerns the more rude the guy became. He insisted he could only make a certain recipe, one with several flavors,(chicken pot pie) that was different than the one picked the day before. I said she wouldn't eat the flavor he was going to prepare. She won't eat chicken liver flavor pills either , so I wanted something simple. He said he would tweak the recipe and leave an ingredient out and it would be fine. I am paying for this new medicine myself and guess what, she won't eat it! It has a smell to it that isn't just the chicken flavoring I asked for. Now I have another bottle of medicine that she won't take, she won't eat because she has an infection in her mouth and nobody at this drug store wants to listen to the customer! The pharmacist said he would include a dosing calender because of the many changes in the dosing plan but he didn't include that. I'm sure i can figure it out, but if you offer to do something, follow through.nIf instructions are given and a plan is agreed to on the phone, why shouldn't it be the same when you arrive in person?nI am very disappointed with health care professionals when they are not listening to parents, when we know our kids; feline or human.
