Total service!! Couldn’t find anyone to fix my machine during this lock down for covid 19. Neil did! He disinfected my machine by wiping it down before working on it and fixed it on the spot!! Well worth the hr drive too get it fixed too!! I can’t wait to go back and do some shopping in his material!! Plus I may just take a class or two!!!

Neal's is the best store that has top sewing machine repair and service. I trust them with my machines and their views on what's the best machine to get that serves you! I only buy my machines, software, and accessories at Neals!
