Awesome place, best prices around, very helpful staff, the delivery guys were a treat!!! The fridge did not come with hookups for the water per the manual, but they got her taken care of!!! I highly recommend this place for all your applience needs!!!!!
As others have said, this place has the WORST customer service. We bought appliances for our entire home and got the run around numerous times, they are also very pushy. Joe overcharged me $140 (I was shopping with my 3 kids and was distracted while paying and feel he did this on purpose). I realized I was overcharged once I got home and it took many phone calls (over a few months) to finally get my refund. I heard all kinds of excuses whenever I called in to talk to Joe about it. However, I was quick to get a bill for installation! Another thing, they sent us a lender refrigerator as ours wasn't in when we moved in and it was dirty, smelled awful and didn't even work! We will never be back! Beware....
This place has the worst customer service ever! Buy small business to help them out. Never again. They delivered a broken dishwasher. And we have been dealing with them about this problem for 5 months.nWe were to receive rebates and they sent them to the wrong address! So still no rebates. They say great things about their services but don’t deliver.
Have gotten a few appliances from here with service warranty, it's been awesome service!
