Due to the shortages nationwide I can only speak to the sales process so far and I'll tell you Tali is so awesome! She is personable and truly speaks to the customer service aspect of sales. She remembered specifics about our interests after only meeting once months before and she worked hard to find us options that would work for our needs. We spoke to many other sales people in the quad cities and no one was as interested in finding us what we needed they were either completely disinterested or only looking for the final sale. Hands down if you're looking for furniture go they have a large showroom with so many choices and they have an awesome sales staff. (I'll update on delivery and such when the furniture arrives!)
Pierce Furniture is the only place we shop for furniture. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have purchase several pieces from them and have never been disappointed. We are pretty picky about how we are treated, and have always been thrilled with everyone we have dealt with at Pierce Furniture. We highly recommend shopping with them when you are ready for new tables, chairs, mattresses, stands, and more.
Absolutely wonderful service. I gave Kira a picture of what I wanted and my price range and she got me exactly what I wanted. The delivery was flawless as well. Highly recommend this place!

Pierce furniture has great selection, and their staff are helpful and friendly. They could sense when we needed time to talk privately and contemplate a decision on color or style. They were able to find multiple options when needed. Great quality pieces, great staff, and local! 100% recommendation.
