This place was beyond phenomenal. The salesman Kirk (I am so sorry if that's wrong) was super nice and just down to earth with us about pricing and options. My parents got a full new king bed and a new queen mattress for my old room. Wonderful experience, I super 10/10 recommend this place for mattress/bed needs

Super happy with my experience at this location!! The owner, Kevin Briden, couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. I haven’t needed to buy a bed in 12 years. Kevin took the time to explain the different levels of mattresses as well as the pricing structure. I had many questions and he had all the answers. Kevin was a no pressure salesperson and he got the sale. I highly recommend Factory Direct Mattress in Muscatine, IA. Thanks, Kevin!!

After a terrible experience at a competitor with an extremely pushy salesman, I decided to try Factory Direct Mattress. The man working (Kevin? I'm not sure) greeted me, and gave me some overall info on the different mattresses them let me be. I wandered around trying the different beds for probably 30 min trying to decide. Aside from checking in periodically and answering questions he left me alone to decide. If you've been in other furniture stores you know the sales people can swarm like vultures. That never happened here. My only regret is putting off mattress shopping for so long. I'll be sure to make this my first stop next time.nnUpdated: I give the in store service and product a 5. Delivery was a 3. So I'm splitting the difference and going with 4. I was charged a delivery fee but still had to help deliver my own mattresses. The queen wasn't much problem but the king was so heavy (double coils) I could not lift it. So it's sitting on my living room my husband returns from travel and is able to round up enough help to get it up the stairs. I believe that if I'm charged a delivery fee, it should include delivery to the room of choice without needing my help.

Super friendly and helpful! Gave us options for what we needed and the price differences. They even have dressers and rent out uhauls! Would highly recommend coming here.

This was a great experience.The manager was very helpful.Got more than expected.My husband and I should of went to factory direct long time ago.It would of saved us time and money.Im still excited about our purchase .The manager was real insightful.I will be sending friends to factory direct.
