We went in looking for a couch for our daughter and her family. The salesperson was quick to greet us and was a great help. She and another gal helped us find the right couch and set up delivery from another store. My only beef was the extra delivery fee. But we could not pick up and deliver ourselves so, we are glad it could be delivered at all. Sales help was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will probably shop here again when looking for furniture.
Great selection, because of covid there is long wait times for furniture. I feel this Slumberland is doing a great job of keeping inventory available to sell off the floor or get in quickly compared to competitors. Sales people are helpful, knowledgeable, and best part are not pushy at all! Will return.
Great experience! Very friendly staff. So helpful and willing to take all the time necessary to help me find just the right furniture for my new house. They were also very knowledgeable about the products and what colors would go well together. Would definitely recommend this Slumberland to my family and friends!
My customer service was great!!! Our representative was awesome! Talked to manager about my last experience in her store and she was awesome resolved my issues!! Very happy with my purchase! We purchased a lazy boy recliner and a lift chair for my father!! Very happy customer!!
