Best office chair I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Found out the one I have comes with a lifetime warranty so when a caster needed replacing I called the customer service number on the bottom of the chair and spoke with a very courteous young lady who arranged to have it shipped to my address - in three days.
A couple of years ago I had 2 beautiful Clarity chairs made for my office. Expensive but worth it I love every detail. I know thats an odd thing to say about an office chair. Last week the seat webbing released from the track I was unhappy to say the least. Called in to the company, sent them some pictures and they replaced the chair under its lifetime warrantee. What a great American Company, proud enough of its products to back them up in the real world. I'll never again think of these chairs as expensive. JP
