They were very fast getting a service tech to come check out my problem with my dryer and had it fixed in 2 days! I was very pleased with their service and Jacob was very nice ; friendly and showed what was wrong and what needed to be done to get it fixed. Dovel's will be the place I call when I need an appliance fixed!!

Very friendly and honest people! Have purchased a washer and dryer and gas range from them within the past few months and will return in the future. Very quick service, too!

Excellent customer service. From the time I went to the store and purchase my refrigerator to them delivering it and installing it was probably about 1 hour.

This review will start with the negatives and end with a positive. Dovel needs to make sure that they honor the commitments they make to their customers. If you say you’re going to be somewhere at a certain time, be there. If you’re not, give your customer courtesy call and tell them you’re sorry for the inconvenience. It doesn’t cost anything to say sorry and can make a difference when you’re not able to meet the needs of your customer. I think some attention to professionalism and customer service should be given and some formal training would do this company a world of good. On the plus side, the installation technicians I worked with were very young, and very eager and good-natured. They need someone at the top of this company to demonstrate how to effectively speak to customers and to honor commitments made. Also, they need to make sure that they have levels of support that they can call on if they are having difficulty. The two technicians that installed my furnace were hard-working, dedicated, and did the very best they possibly could and in the end I am very happy that I chose them to do the job. Some advice I would give is to remember that when you are in a customers home you are there for business purposes only and should only discuss your personal life if the customer initiates. It puts off a vibe of unprofessionalism. At the end of the day, they did the job and got us out of a bad situation. I want to thank all parties involved and encourage the office staff to work on their communication skills and customer service as well. They are the front line of this company that deals with customers and do not put off a very friendly or professional tone. I would recommend this company and would call and then again if needed. Thanks again to the technicians involved ..
