I would give this place negative stars if I could. Went in about a month ago to look for wedding dresses with a friend. Found one that worked but the zipper was broken. They didn't even offer to discount the dress just said the seamstress could fix it. The dress I purchased fit me but definitely needed to be let out so I could sit down in the dress. So I purchased the dress and took it to a seamstress who told us the person who helped us at Kristen's Bridal should've known this dress wasn't going to fit me even with letting out the seams to make it bigger. So basically Kristen's Bridal sold me a dress knowing it wasn't going to fit me in the end. Funny thing is the person who helped me at the store was the owner of Kristen's Bridal. Now I'm stuck with this dress I'll never be able to wear. Very disappointed in this Grand Forks business. Do NOT go here.

Very disappointed. You are supoose to make brides feel great and comfortable about their weddings, an d you did the opposite for my fiance. Find out after, this is common for this place. Do not recommend for anyone to go here.

Bought my wedding gown at this store and loved it! Gorgeous gown. My daughter also got her prom dress here which was incredibly beautiful on her frame. Fit like a glove apart from the length of the dress. Very pleased with this business. Spent a good amount of money on both dresses over the years. Oh... also got my earrings there that I still wear on special occasions. ud83dudc9e

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and listened to all my concerns! They were great listeners and knew the right questions to ask me. They stuck to my budget and were very friendly. I didn’t buy a dress here the first time I came but when I came back a couple of weeks later, they still had my favorite dress in their files. And tried it on and then bought it. They even held on to my dress so I didn’t have to worry about Storage. Would absolutly recommend Kristen’s Bridal to anyone who needs a dress!
