Not as great as it use to be. But COVID-19 has everything screwed up.
Customer service was horrible. Ginger hair color woman as cashier. This is my first and last time at this location
I went to this place to find the perfume flower bomb and they don't have it very disappointed. Wish I knew where to buy flowerbomb in grand forks. They recommended beyond romance but it's not the same.
Every time I am in there, the product is all picked over, a huge mess, the employees are just standing around giggling in the corner together. I've come in here and asked for help, and I don't get a pleasant reaction. It makes me feel like my need for assistance is an inconvenience I went in with my mother, who needed help selecting a foundation. She tried asking a girl for help, and when she employee didn't know what to tell me mom (I'm assuming this was the case) she just walked away! This store definitely needs a lot of help. I love JCP, but Sephora there is awful.
Was very happy to be shopping again.
