Awesome place
Kinda like a garage sale deals all over. Clearance prices here 40% off there good deals everywhere.
The store was not crowded and the deals on clothes were great as long as you stuck to clearance items. The down side - store was incredibly disorganized and the staff was not helpful.
I was in their shopping Friday August 14th and I had a few things to purchase I went to 3 different checkout counters and could not find a clerk I walked around the store for about 10 to 15 minutes and I could not find anyone so I ended up leaving my stuff at the counter and left what is up with this?
Deceptive signs and poor customer service. Bought several shirts with the attached sign. Was told buy one get one didn't mean 2 for $17.99. The identical sign was on the next rack but that was buy one get one was applicable just not this one. Then manager came and told us they can't be responsible for signs in the store and said she couldn't do anything about it. Then she left the sign there until we pointed it out. This store is one of the remaining retail stores in GF and obviously doesn't care. Shame on you JCPenney.
