I came in to Erwin's Jewelers Co. to have all of my fingers sized-- the sales associate who assisted me was exceptionally patient and courteous with me, and dutifully helped me get the right size for every finger, even though she knew it wasn't to make a sale that day. So kind and so helpful. You are so appreciated! I will DEFINITELY be recommending you guys to everyone and I'll certainly be coming back to make future purchases!

Such a warming welcoming visit!! My husband and I went in to size and connect my rings. From start to finish we were both amazed with the selection of jewelry, overall knowledge and advise as well as exceptional customer service. They were so great my husband even surprised me with a gorgeous new pair of earrings when he went to pick up the rings (: thank you, Erwin’s Jewelers!!

I brought an urn in to have it engraved.nI was told by one of the ladies that it would take a week for them to get to it. She had to ask a question of an older gentleman who works there. When he saw it was an urn he came to me and told me he'd get to it as quickly as possible.nLo and behold, 1 day later I got a call to come pick it up. Excellent service and quality.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!nnYour staff was incredibly rude to me and my family yesterday, 9/16/20. They rolled their eyes, acted annoyed with our questions, rushed us out of the building, and even locked us inside. We were never given the respect and kindness we deserve as paying customers. We are very disappointed!nnI cannot believe the horrible customer service we received. We cancelled our order before even leaving the parking lot. Please speak to them about what it means to treat people with dignity and respect. You have lost out on hundreds of dollars of business because these staff members chose their own needs above ours.

I have been using Erwins for Decades now, ever since i bought my class ring in 73 to my wives wedding ring in 1980. And many other rings and watches after that. I live in another state and came home to bring my watch there. I still get that home town feeling..
