A+++. Michael and his crew (Chudier and Dennis) who installed the flooring at our home did an excellent job! They were hard working, courteous and very polite. Each evening before leaving, they cleaned and straightened up their work area. A final cleanup was performed upon completion. We would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Very happy with using Perfect Finish Flooring! We had our carpet replaced with Vinyl which Mike highly recommended. It is absolutely Perfect for our family which includes 3 dogs. We love how easy it is to clean and it looks great too. Mike and his team were professional and courteous. And Mike is a family man too.

I hired Mike Lowery to tile a walk in shower and other areas on a new construction home in Lincoln NE. I paid Mike in full for his services when he turned in his bill but later heard from the builder that the job was horrible. Mike said he would redo the job but then bailed each time it was scheduled. I had to hire a professional to tear out a complete shower and have it re-installed plus fix other areas that he installed. Mike admitted the downfall and said he would take care of the situation but still owes my company thousands of dollars. There was a full BBB claim made against Mike but he would never return their calls or respond. I gave Mike plenty of time to repay us and setup payments, but he still blew that off. All I can say is be aware of Mike and his company.

Mike and his team were awesome! They were polite and respectful and did an amazing job. We had several planks that were damaged shortly after installation and Mike didn’t hesitate to have his team come back and re-do those areas! Free of charge! We highly recommend PFF! Good work and good people!
