We had a humidifier installed on a new furnace. Service and operational check by our technician was thorough and we feel Apollo continues to set the bar high for our community. A special thanks for our tech, Dan who was prompt, personable and very professional. Price was exactly as quoted. Kudos to Dan!
Terry, Joseph and Trever did an outstanding job installing a furnace and A/C unit. I'm very impressed with the level of craftmanship. They obviously take pride in their work! They were extremely transparent provided details on their installation techniques and purpose. I would recommend this company to a friend, and will use their service in the future.
I am a long-time Bellevue resident, fifty-plus years, so am familiar with Apollo Heating. They have had a solid reputation since they started. I recently had them replace my aging furnace and AC and am very happy with the entire process. Josh responded to my inquiry the same day and was at my house the next to do an inspection. He gave me several options, including which components were eligible for rebates from the manufacturer and utility company. The install went smoothly; the crew was courteous, neat and efficient.nI recommend Apollo and will be using them for any future maintenance or other work I have.
We've used this company for many years, and have always been satisfied with their work and professionalism. They installed our Lennox hear pump & furnace in 2007 and do routine annual checks on both for us. Our technician, Dan, is personable and efficient in checking and maintaining our equipment. First off I want to tell you that from beginning to end my experience with Apollo has been and continue to be excellent. Starting with Shellby who took my call and scheduled me an appointment - she was nice and polite. I had doctors appointments on Monday. I was going to try squeeze them in between appointments. When I asked if there was any cancellations or could I be squeezed in today instead of Monday - they were able too!nBut my favorite was Dan! He took the time to come in such short notice. He was friendly - very nice and polite. He did he work and took time to explain thing with the problem humidifier.
