Sound Decision installed window tint on my brand new Genesis 8-9 years ago. I have 315000 miles on it now and the tint still looks great! Very friendly and honest. I have yet to see another vehicle with tint cut and applied so precise.
Excellent customer service from genuine professionals. I've had 3 remote starts installed here, and all have been very clean installs. Had a minor issue with one of the vehicles a couple of years later and they addressed it no questions and no charge per their lifetime installation warranty. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed in how this company treated one of my family members. They put in a faulty remote starter (priced at over $400), blamed the malfunction on the car, found out the issue WAS, in fact, the starter afterall (after around $130 of testing), and refused to refund either bill. They eventually refunded the original price of the starter, but claimed the bill for testing wasn’t their responsibility. However, they were the ones that demanding testing be done in order for the original payment for the remote starter to be refunded. I definitely do not recommend this company.
Been going here since 2011 and will continue to do so as long as they’re in business. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
