Purchased standard oil change which in itself had no problem. Upon payment there was an issue with the in-house system which resulted in my account being charged without record in the JiffyLube system. The staff had no idea what to do and exercised no critical thinking in order to continue me on my day. As I write this I am still in the lobby after over an hour with the staff waiting on a return call from a 1800 with guidance what to do. The lack of effort to look into the problem on their own or desire to come up with any solution in conjunction with the absolute inconsideration of my time has resulted in my one star review.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend.
I had my oil changed there a while ago and went to go get changed today and found they put a different oil filter in my truck that didn't even belong to my truck. I am glad it didn't mess up my truck. Watch who changes ur oil make sure they have the right parts
Didn't vacuum floors or fill windshield washer fluid like sheet said. Makes wonder if did everything else!!
The older male who works here is terrible rude to customers and is not professional in any matter. Will not be returning.
