Great small town bank that is always friendly when you walk in the door. They give back to the community every chance they get.
Unless you feel like having to stop everything you are doing because they don't know how to do anything I wouldn't go here. There's so many better options out there. I've been pending a bad review for this place for so long but today definitely confirmed how much Malvern Bank and Kristin and Megan and Tabitha blow. They literally can't even do a mobile deposit right. I did a mobile deposit from my other bank just days before today and it went perfectly fine no complications (thank goodness since every other time we can't seem to breathe without something going wrong at malvern) . I go to do a mobile deposit FROM THE SAME BANK this morning and all of a sudden they can't figure it out and tried blaming USAA. Don't worry Malvern, I paid 12$ to transfer funds to my bank acct because your staff can't seem to put in an effort.
Absolutely adore my hometown bank... love the customer service!! I think the Malvern Bank is a great place to bank; you can trust they will take care of you! Love all of the employees and I am always taken care of right away!
