I Would Give It Six Stars If I Could.Howard Is A Nice Guy That If You Become Friends With Him He Gives You Spare Computer/Phone/Laptop Parts.Also We Get 100 Meg A Second So We If Everyone If Off The Internet You Can Play Destiny 2 In Peace!I Know It is 20 Dollars More Western Iowa Networks Fibere, But Fibere Takes Lots Of Time To Add.But Howard Can Do It In Less Than 1 Hour While Fibere Takes 1 YEAR. Also, I Know Fibere Is 5 Times Faster But This Will Do Until We Get Fibere.

Howard's Highspeed Internet Service has serious reliability issues and Howard is a crook. Numerous times throughout our short tenure with this company, our service was interrupted due to technical difficulties. We recently requested our service be disconnected. Howard, unbeknownst to us, disconnected our service early, while we were out of town. He then charged us for not being able to retrieve his power supply that was securely stored inside of our house. He has refused to come pick up his power supply from us and asked us to return it to some store in town, at our inconvenience. The early outage caused us to pay some bills late and lead to late fees for those bills. STAY AWAY from this service, I ignored the warnings and it has cost me..Not worth it! We just switched to a different company and now get 10 times the speed for cheaper than we were paying him!!!!
