Our mailbox was full so they took all of our mail out and we were supposed to pick it up at the post office before the due date. We showed up and they had no idea where our belongings were and said they would call us when they figured out where they were. Never got a call back, and to get a hold of them on the phone is nearly impossible. I had valuable items from amazon in the mailbox and they just left me hanging.

I waited in line for 30 mins to be told a package that I was there to pick up was already given to me. Can someone please leave a notice in my PO Box if things change with where packages are placed so people don’t waste valued time.

This is a fantastic post office! Employees are helpful and knowledgeable and they have supplies for shipping. If there is a line, it goes by pretty smoothly anyways. The only issues are when people themselves have issues like they don’t know the address of someone. How is the post office supposed to know where your friend lives? That’s up to the senders responsibility. So do your part when you’re sending a package or letter and save yourself and others the headache of your confusion. They also do passports here so again, please follow every passport photo rules. It’s for international safety and practical function so they are not going to make exceptions because you don’t like your picture. Even when I don’t know something they are helpful in letting me know my best options. Plus, they have the best prices around for sending stuff. I had a letter to be sent and UPS was going to charge me 5 bucks for no reason! Not even next day! I literally took it here and it was like $1.50 So yeah, I go here now for my shipping needs.

Was standing in line for package pick up...they have a separate door specifically for that....there was a postal employee helping a lady in front of me....was waiting for them to finish up about 10 mins waiting in total...when the woman in front of me finished up the employee looked up and said to myself and another man behind me that she would get someone to help us...she then walked back and told us that no one was available to help us and we would have to wait in line....what!!!!....again this was after waiting for like 10 mins as she helped someone in front of us and at this point tons of people had walked in behind us and the line was huge by then! Ridiculous and bad customer service!!

They don't want to stay in business. Very poor phone and online experience. Old technology. Lose PKG they say they delivered; then avoid and disrespectfully skirt the issue. No integrity. Amazon, FedEx, UPS are all doing it far better. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
