Always nice and knowledgeable staff working and the security guards are also nice. The building is always clean. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the wait time is always so long and there's only one person working. Don't go unless you have 30 minutes of time or more to wait.

The office in marshalltown was very friendly and nice willing to help me understand working and ssdi if your in the office area go to them the lady their was nice and cared for the people moving into their area thanks social security marshalltown for being so great and helping me

After dialing the phone number, shown on the web page, you are asked to provide a 5 digit extension number which of course you have not been provided. It seems they do not want to converse by telephone
