When we purchased our new home, and we did the final walk through, we knew that we needed to deep clean the house before we could move anything in. Starting a new job, 2 young children, and nerves already stretched thin, I knew I could not tackle one more thingnI called Service Master of Marshalltown, practically in tears, told the the situation. The next day they sent out a crew and by the time I left my new job and went to see if we could start moving our things to the house, I was amazed! There was not one nook or cranny that they had not cleaned and sanitized. Windows cleaned, bathrooms sparkled, carpets cleaned and looked new, including the color!nI highly recommend Service Master of Marshalltown for any of your cleaning needs, be it big or small, they can do it all.

This is the single greatest cleaning company I have ever been apart of. They are amazing in everyway. I will always have a deep respect for the people that own it and run it. They were always helpful and caring. I will never get rid of my old uniform.

We have used Service Masters for carpet service for our restaurant. It was the best choice we made for cleaning carpet. We also use the service at our home. The “tech” is knowledgeable on stains and gets the job done in removing them for us.nThe staff is always willing to work with us on a cleaning schedule. The owners of ServiceMaster in Marshalltown, Iowa, are very easy to work with, and as fair as fair can be! We consulted with them regarding carpet cleaning in our lower level at the time of purchasing our current home. They knew we were trying to decide between cleaning vs. replacing the carpet.nnThe Naughtons were very forthright with us, stating there were furniture stains that probably would not come out of the light gold carpet, and that we would likely be disappointed with the results. (ServiceMaster did all the carpet cleaning in our old home, prior to our putting it up for sale. They did a wonderful job!)nnWe always trust Naughtons to do the best job possible, and to deal fairly with their customers. They were raised in this community, and grew into the business, with his parents setting a wonderful example until they retired.
