The staff member wasnt the greatest. Went in for inspections and they all seemed lost and like they didn’t want to do it so I headed over to the Ames location on my way out to lunch with the girls and they helped me and found all my paperwork and made it a breeze unlike this store.

I used to love this location but since they moved the service is not the same. I don't feel like they check my jewelry as thoroughly as before and the new electronic checks only show half of my jewelry. I don't know if the change is coincidental or not but I will be using another location for my jewelry checks. If this is company wide then I will be changing where I purchase my jewelry. Also, the last time I went there the parking lot was so icy I had to slide to the door. It was noon so plenty of time to have put some salt down for their customers.

I love the staff here. Everyone is super helpful and i love the new electronic email system so I dont have to bring my paperwork in anymore. Would highly recommend for an jewlery purchases and any jewelry repairs.
