The store manager, Aimes, is a wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable person. She does her due diligence to be able to answer almost any question about software availability for the consoles that they stock, to know the hardware comparisons between those pieces of equipment, and to give worthwhile recommendations to any gamer seeking to expand their personal collection or to break into the industry as an entrepreneur.

This place has changed so much it's just not the same been going here since middle school and It was great for a number of years do to management changes and bad business practices on behalf of gamestop higher ups it's going down the drain...

Easily the best gamestop I have ever shopped in. Store has plenty of room which is great. It doesnt feel like everything is piled on top of everything else and plenty of room to move. Ive only dealt with one employee who I understand to be the manager. Very pleasant to deal with, has a great knowledge of games and has never talked down to me bc I may like a genre of games she doesnt. Sadly that happens in nearly every gamestop ive shopped in. Selection is a bit limited but that's due to the pandemic not the store, this is important bc she offered to order the game I was looking for. Will definitely recommend
