I give them a 0 the lady their 'manger'....Hack my phone after I tried mine she got all my info. I have a case against her now I will never go back. No bieno!!!!!
This store is awesome!! The Manager, Katie is the Best in Customer Service and detail. Her store is friendly, clean and her staff follow suit.nI am between here and St. Charles, Illinois for homes and businesses. I have to visit on occasion for service and or bill payment at one of them. I prefer this store based on the Customer Service.
The staff there are amazing very polite and considerate of your needs. They never stop helping until all your questions are answered. Love their phones and service.
I walked in with iPhone issues Katie was great with assisting and very patient with me. Both employees were great with helping me set up a new phone for myself and my son. Awesome customer service and very glad that they were happy to assist.
