I will never buy another piece of furniture from Aaron's again. Think twice before you buy or rent to own anything. I bought a wrap around couch that one of the recliners broke the second month we had it. The coffee and end tables are junk the finish stared come of and looked warped. They try to tell me it was wear and tear, Really only had them 4 months. They said the was going to replace them hasn't happened yet.them last month July 1 I was 43.00 dollars short I was having issues with my bank. so I got my disability check and they took out the usual $209.00 but on top of that they take their 43.00 out that I couldn't pay last month with out me say it was ok or a phone call to let me know. So now I'm behind on rent Thank you Aaron's. So for now I'm having by card changed so they can't get any money.

Website and store are completely different. Had I known that I wouldnt have bothered to come in and wasted my time. The sales person who helped us was awful. No enthusiasm, or knowledge of what shes trying to sell. Just a bored monotone voice. Her overall attitude and lack of product knowledge was enough to keep me from giving this place my business

Lindsay Andrews is the best thing Marshalltown Aaron’s could have ever done for that store. Prior managers did not care about their customers at all! She has such a great crew too! So inviting when you go into the store and very helpful! Hands down best in customer service! Thank you to the Marshalltown location for all you do for us! Every time we need something or need help with our rent to own items they are here. We have a refrigerator , deep freezer, TV, fire place tv stand, bedroom set, ridding lawnmower and in the past we have purchased a washer and dryer, couch and table set!! Remarkable remarkable people!!!

Worst management I’ve ever seen! Received my couch broken and haven’t had a section since the day after I first got it. It’s been 3 months and still I have part of my couch missing even though I’m paying full price. Is that right??? Called numerous times just for them to say they’d have management call me. I did talk to someone to try and resolve the issue after a 20 minute hold. She made it seem that she was doing me a favor by having it fixed for me for no charge. Lol I’ve been paying for something I don’t have!

I have enjoyed working with Lindsey, she took care of me very well after minor miss communication. Cant wait to sleep in my new bed! Eric and Devante were awesome very fast and efficient. And thanks to Felicia for taking my call getting the ball rolling.
