Old time jeweler with tons of customer service! They have beautiful jewelry anyone would be proud to wear. They have crystal and silver wedding gift items and watches. I love their customer service.

Seemed very knowledgeable and helpful at first, I wanted the setting on my engagement ring lowered and they said they could look at what options were. It took them much longer than expected and they completely changed the look of it without confirming with me first. I was pretty unhappy with it and it no longer fit with my wedding band. I went back to speak to them to see if anything could be done and they just said that was the best they could do. They were pretty expensive too.nI took my ring to a different place and they were able to fix everything for much cheaper

Hellsberg offers a classic Marshalltown historic shopping experience unlike any other. Their staff is knowledgeable, polite, and extremely professional with a focus on helping customers find exactly the right gift for exactly the right occasion. This store is a literal diamond in the rough, pun intended! A historic store in a historic building on a historic Main Street!
