Traditionally we've bought appliances from big box stores. After a few bad experiences and absolutely no service or sales records after the fact, we are establishing a long term relationship with Pentz Appliance. They have the appliances we are looking for, have excellent customer service during the sale, and most importantly provide long term service and record-keepting long after the sale, which you can obviously forget about from the big boxes.
