Business Licensing

Google this place because the main government business license building in Henderson was close on Friday. Walked in and all the staff was unprofessional. The Asian lady in the back was stuffing her face with food, while we were asking if this was the location for us to obtain a business license? Her answer wasn’t even related to what we were asking. Her other co worker who was a gentleman answered for her. He was probably the most decent person in there.We came in looking to get a business license, and the first thing she mentioned was a retainer fee of $500 to start not even knowing what business we are inquiring about or what we needed.There are different types of business license and instead of asking us about anything she just straight forward said $500 no questions asked. The lady in the front reception desk was even worst, didn’t acknowledge me I said Hello and all she did was stare at my husband the whole time and asked him “Aren’t you glad it’s Friday.” I went on their website before coming in and looked at the fees mentioned on their, every fee was different depending on what license we were trying to get. I hate people who are unprofessional , this at place is a joke, the suite number is wrong as well, if I could rate zero stars I would.
