Pella Cinema

Was excited to go see Impractical Jokers the movie with my dad. The first set of doors we tried to go into were locked, then we went to the second set of doors that were also locked. After going clear around the building those doors were unlocked. Got our tickets and went to go buy snacks and the two young adults and the old man were beyond rude. Especially the old guy working there. We asked if we could have an extra bag so I could pour some popcorn in their from our large bag and was told rudely “No, that will mess up our inventory”. Then when my dad went back to ask them for a different drink because the one he got was straight carbonation. He was told by the same old guy that they are closed and he can’t get another one. Will NOT be coming back to this theater and I don’t recommend this theatre to anyone.

I have visited this theater for many years with my Grandchildren but I must say my last experience left me a bit taken aback; my Grandson and I went to see a movie and purchased the combo with a large popcorn and 2 drinks .nAfter we entered the theater I began to have a bit of sneezing, i didn't feel it comfortable or polite to stick my hands into the shared popcorn so I asked if I may have a courtesy cup and even offered to pay for it. I was offered a small styrofoam coffee cup; which I did appreciate but when I asked to pyrchase a larger cup so we wouldn't spill the popcorn- i was offered an empty candy box container which i assume came from the recyle bin in the back room- i opted for the small coffee cup.nTicket sales person was exceptionally friendly and made us smile. The theater is always clean as well.

The movie was not ear splitting loud like so many are. I was pleased and impressed with how good and quiet all the children were. Very clean place and prices are good.

Great theater with nice seating and movie options. It's great to have this entertainment option in Pella.

Soooooo hot in there that night we thought that we were going to faint. Miserable
