Went in for passport application on June 17, 2019 around 8:30am and it couldn't have gone smoother. The girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful and I wish I had got her name. She deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service. Between customers she took the time to help an elderly man who needed some extra assistance. The woman who took my application was very nice as well and made the process very enjoyable.

A half hour before she was on the clock Chelsea was helping us, she was pleasant and informative. When we got to her desk, we were in a bit of awe over how helpful she was. We have never been treated better in any government office anywhere. Thankyou Chelsea
