Never had a bad experience here. I pass multiple other liquor stores to shop here. Same or cheaper prices, GREAT staff, broad selections, and convenient drive thru if you already know what you want.

I went to round window with my boys in the car with me. I leaned over to say something to my son and the clerk asked if I was buying for my son who is a minor.(mind you she did not know he was a minor she assumed) I told her no it was for my boyfriend made my purchase and left. A few days later my mom went through and the woman asked my mother if I smoked. My mom said no. The woman said I won’t be selling to her again. I went back in to talk to them and to explain that I was purchasing for my boyfriend and they were rude and hateful to me. Today I stopped to get sprite and candy. She came to the window shaking her head no. I said you won’t even sell non tobacco products to me? She said not without an apology I would imagine. I did nothing wrong in the first place to apologize for. The customer service with these women is beyond rude. I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

Great Place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If they don’t have something on hand they will try their best to get it for you. Fast service and always smiling faces. The only place I go in Knoxville
