Great business, and outstanding support team. If you have any doubts about using them -- don't. I've placed multiple orders and always had a fast turn-around in terms of my items being processed and shipped. What really inspired me to post this glowing review was how well the support team worked with me when I needed to adjust my last order. Emails back and forth were quick, but I will admit I got ghosted on the last message I sent (in all fairness though, I'm unsure if it was seen by them), so I called their support number and everything went as smooth as could be.
I ordered an item then quickly realized I didn't in fact need this item. Emailed there support team to get it canceled to find out they charge a 6% cc fee if I cancel my order. It never even got shipped...Not a big deal I guess you need to cover your loss with credit card fees but 6%? Maybe need to look into a better credit card company that will charge you less so you can have better customer satisfaction going forward. Best of luck to you Prepper Gun Shop
So many good reviews- I thought I would give them a try. The price they showed on the confirmation page prior to submission was off by about $25 from what was charged to my card. I chatted with them immediately to cancel my order and was told I would be assessed a 6% cancellation fee...for them misrepresenting the charge. Enjoy this one, PGS- you've just lost a customer.
Wow, what can I say...especially during these times. They had 2nd best price, but since they didn't gouge like the others, actually cheaper. Best of all, they shipped it so dang fast, it was here on a Saturday...and I wasn't even here. And I'm across the country. Will buy from again!
Your support team gave top notch service which seems to be a dying trend nowadays. They answered ?’s quickly and I was kept up to date on each step of the order status. Once ffl info sent, received a M70 across Country from ND to GA in 5 days & everything in the order was perfect. I paid just slightly more than what some other dealers advertised but the service I read about and received was absolutely worth it!
