I called to verify that my residence was scheduled for an inspection of a newly installed air conditioner. The woman that tried to assist me, I say tried very loosely, was incredibly rude and condescending. I would be absolutely horrified if one of my employees spoke to anyone the way she spoke me. If I had my wits about me, I would have asked for her name and filed a formal complaint.
