Horizon Heights Homeowner's

We have owned a home in the Horizon Heights community for over 12 years and have been continually harassed for years. The most recent incident is that they towed our vehicle from a resident parking spot after we were told that it wouldn't be problem as long as the vehicle was not permanently parked in the same spot, which it is not. It's moved almost every day and there are PLENTY of spots available for both guests and residents. They towed the vehicle at 1:00AM on a Sunday morning when their office isn't open by a company that is over 20 miles away! The tow company claimed that the vehicle had been parked there for 2 weeks which is a blatant lie because that vehicle was in San Francisco for an entire week. They have surveillance cameras so they know full well when everyone is coming and going. This management office won't even return a phone call, won't speak with us directly and told us to write an email complaint. The manager doesn't even show up to the office before 10:30am and doesn't bother responding for another 2 hours. Oh and I forgot to mention that the towing company didn't bother to change their address and are no longer located 21 miles away, now they're located 25 miles across town in the complete opposite direction. No one else in the community has had their vehicle towed for doing the exact same thing. How are you going to come at one in the morning and tow someone's car on a Sunday? In a GATED COMMUNITY. This is the biggest scam and we will be filing charges against them for harassment and racial prejudice as we are the only home being targeted by this association.

Most plants are dying in the yards of homes due to lazy yard work service hired by horizon heights, the pool is dirty and I feel ripped off every time I send a check to these creeps
