Months later and still no sign of our deposit. Lady never. NEVER. answers her phone or calls you back. 1 star only because I can't do 0
When I think of Grand Forks Housing Authority, the first thing that comes to mind is communication and how poorly they are at it. It seems close to impossible to ever get ahold of anyone at all. They never answer the phone, and also it takes them, what seems like an eternity, to respond to an email. Never go through them.
I had called the wrong number and the secretary acted as if it was a personal attack against her freedom. I would give zero stars if available.
Siva, or whatever his name is, never returns my calls. I’ve lived on Section 8 voucher for ages but he never returns a call even if it’s urgent. How this guy is in charge is beyond me...
