Always a drop n hook for me. Friendly, professional personnel at check in.
Nice people, as of now they do not have much room for trucks to wait at the grocery warehouse. So they will send you down the road to the drop lot until they have a door, for me that was 15 minute wait for door assignment. They have free coffee in drivers lounge, showers are closed due to COVID but nice lounge for us.
They cannot keep people, which leads them to exploit/run in to the ground/steal from their current employees. Right now during the covid19 wave their profits are higher then ever but their stealing of times and treatment of bottom employees working in the warehouse is worse then it's ever been. I have better things to do with my time and wasted another 6 months of my life giving them another chance. Never again. Start taking care of and giving value to your labor force or no one will be making money because you will run out of employees to wring out and use like disposable sponges.
I'm so thankful guys. You are the best place besides amazon for having a driver's lounger cleannnnn OMG you have 5 plus stars fast unloaders, appointment on time, parking for us, cleannnn drivers lounge with a lot a stuff for us to do our breakfast lunch whatever we want. Thank you. You really made me feel special may the creator if Bank be keep on blessings your place.
Fellow Truckers, Please watch your speed on IA-14 and US-34. Lots of speed traps and cops on IA-14 when I drove at night 1am. Lots of Cops in White Suvs on US-34 when I drove during daytime. Especially noticed one right after downhill by 167th ave/US-34. Follow HYVEE direction signs when you're close by. There are few low overpasses nearby so don't make a wrong turn. No overnight parking nearby but there's a Walmart 25 miles away you can park there.
