I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase and at no point in time did I feel I was being pushed in one way or another. When we found out he worked with Coldwell Banker, we were a little skeptical because of a bad experience we had when purchasing our first home through Coldwell Banker in Arizona. We decided to meet with him anyway and we are so very glad we did! John has changed the way we view home buying!nEager to get out of our tiny apartment, we started looking at houses months in advance. After viewing a few options, we decided we needed a little more time to prepare. John was completely understanding of this and gave us the time we needed with zero pressure whatsoever. When the time came that we were ready to start looking again, he was more than happy to continue working with us. I’m not sure he knew what he was getting into, because my husband and I can be pretty difficult clients. We knew exactly what we wanted in a house and wouldn’t settle for anything less. John spent hours upon hours each week, looking for houses that met our demands.
