Did a great job helping us clean up after the 2020 Derecho!
Servpro came out and did the demo from the derecho. When I called them to inquire about restoration, I was told to hire a contractor because they weren't doing any restoration. It was corporate policy.
Had the misfortune to have a sewer backup that ruined our finished basement. Servpro treated us like we were family from the time they came in the door to clean up the mess, rip out and replace carpet, drywall and fixtures. I’m 77 years old and have COPD so these folks packed up all our stuff and moved it all it a clean area so that my wife and I didn’t have too. Every workman that they sent to do plumbing and carpeting, drywall and painting were polite, friendly and did excellent work. On a rating system of from 1 to 10 I’d give them an 18. I Highly recommend these folks .
