Steer clear of these guys. I ordered a case of ceiling tiles from these guys off amazon. After a couple weeks i called Oak Harbor Freight to find out where my package was. They told me they lost it and had notified the shipper. When I reached out to Lighting Sales llc, I was informed they were never contacted. After some back and forth I found the shipper wasn't Lighting Sales llc, it was Zoro Tools. These guys are just middlemen jacking up the price on your stuff. A replacement shipment was sent out, but guess what? no communication to me so i had no idea. I waited a week and contacted again, no response. The second time I contacted them, I got an email the next day with a phone number and tracking number saying I need to call Oak Harbor to schedule delivery. I already scheduled it and it didn't come! Huge headache and now I am running behind on my project because I have no ceiling tiles. My project can't be signed off as finished without a ceiling. I have to go elsewhere now. Just go to Zoro tools directly and save yourself the money and hassle.

I called Lighting Sales LLC today and spoke with their salesman Saif A. I was very impressed with his help, patience, professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Although I live out of state, I will happily purchase online in the future.

GREAT PRODUCT & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 2 pallet covers on Amazon Prime and realized I only needed 1 pallet cover. in processing the return on Amazon, the charge to return was $26, the cost of the pallet cover was $36. That's crazy so I called Lighting Sales LLC and their representative agreed that Amazon's return shipping charge made no sense. Lighting Sales LLC refunded the entire amount of the pallet cover and told me to just keep the extra pallet cover. I will be gifting this high quality pallet cover to someone who can use it! Thanks Lighting Sales LLC for your great products and your great customer care!
