The installers, Arne M. and his fellow installer did a great job and worked hard and right through the day. There were some tricky situations they overcame and the finished product looks great!nnThe windows themselves were of a quality that my son, a former salesman for a local competitor that advertises their products as superior, remarked that they were in every was as good the ones he sold . . .
Great communication throughout entire process. Mr. Snitker and Mr. Bierman did a great job installing my windows. I appreciated that the salesman brought a window to my house during the estimate. I would recommend them to anyone in NE Iowa.
We had a dent in one of the windows that were installed. We called right away & they were very courteous & helpful. The technician, Johnathan, came a few days later when the replacement was in. He wore a mask & shoe booties. He was very personable, courteous & efficient. He replaced the damaged portion, replaced it & took less than 10 minutes. We would work with him anytime! Thank you!
