Experience was good. They found the part I needed for my dryer.
After calling all around Grand Forks trying to find a part for my dishwasher I was finally referred to Bud & Ralph's. They were able to find the part I needed when the other places weren't able to. Great service and highly recommended!
Jane, owner, possesses the most wonderful customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. She is helpful, gives fair pricing and is so personable. Ante is quite the explorer, looking through hundreds of scrap appliances to locate what you need. Everyone is treated like a valued and precious customer. If you need used appliance replacement parts stop at Bud & Ralph's first. If nothing else you will enjoy the experience. Hats off to you all!
