6-29-20 Have not been able to make or receive calls in 5 days. I'm 69 years old and need my phone to make doctor appt in this time of pandemic. Have called and left text at both *611 and 866-488-719 have not received any response not sure if I can even make an emergency call if needed

I have lifeline with en touch wireless. My phone keeps disconnecting which makes the call hang up every time i make a call. Its not usable even if you try to make a 911 call which make it useless. Every time this happen i have to contact them with another phone to fix it. I go through some steps like restarting, taking out batteries and stuff like that. It usually fixes after that. Then 1-2 weeks later the same problem occur again. Then i contacted them again and do the same procedure. Then the problem occurs again. This happen like 4-5 time where my phone disconnects and i have to recall them to fix it again. I am tired of this and im going to cancel my service. Go to another lifeline company. They dont fix your service and let customers go mad!

I'm not even a customer yet and I'm having trouble getting in touch with anyone. It's say I been approved, got all my info said I was gettn a free phone and someone will call and noo has yet. This is a scam

Poor service, there always on motto: should be mostly off.nService always has problems and seldom works!!!nHad several emergency's phone never workednSo much for life line, bought new phone from this carrier, broke within 3 weeks.nOnly used it twice, elderly, disabled woman broke down on side of road and no phone service with new phone and old phone!!!! Nice, Do Not Recommend!!!

Have nothing but trouble! I’m disabled and need my phone. Every month they erase my min b4 adding new. I was sick and needed my kids. I wasn’t sick enough for 911 but I needed my kids. They need to fix the problem! This has been happens for 5 months and they always say it’s fixed. I know it’s free but I wouldn’t need a free phone if I could afford a phone.
