Very disappointed neighbor of a Hoth rental property. Would give no stars if possible. No one answers the phone, voice-mail is always full so no one can leave a message. Their property is run down and looks awful. With the recent storm they had numerous trees fall at the property next to mine. They used my driveway to reach the tree that was laying on the property and tore up my yard in the process. Then they piled all of the trees they cut on my property and city sidewalk. One being a 40 ft long limb from a tree. When we reached out to them their response was unacceptable. Too many slum lords in our city. If you can't take care of a rental property you shouldn't be a landlord. Called the city of Marion.

Have them deposit in a place and after getting keys and went in and had a good look at the place it was way smaller than I thought .my stuff wouldn't fit noway not even my bed in the bedroom .I asked about breki f the lease cuz I realized how small .the only way they would break it even though I had not moved anything in and it was less than 48 hours is that f u forfeited the $860 I have them which I had no choice .hope they enjoy it now I can't move even if I found a place .everything going on in this world they are cold hearted peopke
