Darin is one of a kind. Extremely informed in his craft and really looks out for you. I myself have been practicing real estate for almost 20 years and it is rare to find someone with the in depth knowledge he has in commercial real estate. I highly recommend him.

I met Darin at a real estate investment seminar twelve or so years ago. I loved his story; with much conviction he spoke of things that have since come to fruition. He has always been transparent. My only regret is that I didn't meet Darin earlier in my pursuit to build a nest egg for my family. - M.D. Cole

I have enjoyed doing business with Darin and I'm impressed by how down to earth he is. Truely unique in the investment world today as trust in who you're dealing with is extremely important and I have no reason to not trust any of the information Darin expresses in his podcasts, emails and financial updates. Make a call and check him out for yourself. If he does not pick up the phone, he will certainly call you back.
