We, like many people, were confused or possibly misled by the salesman when we upgraded our phones. What was free wasn't free, the insurance we declined was on the first bill. It was finally resolved after two days of phone conversations with the main office. We have purchased phones there for many years and this is the first major issue. Read the contract carefully and don't leave without understanding everything don't go there when you're in a hurry.
